Philip Biggs is delighted to announce an exciting programme of events for this year’s Regent Hall Brass Arts Festival. The festival will include four headline concerts, the 2012 National Finals Test-Piece Masterclass and the Fairey Band as the featured band at this year’s Gala Evening Concert.
