British Open Champions announce Bridgewater Hall programme
The new crowned British Open Champions, the Foden’s Band has now released its programme for
the Great Northern Brass Arts Festival Gala Evening Concert on Saturday at the Bridgewater Hall
in Manchester. Foden’s will be conducted on Saturday by Richard Evans. The programme of music is as follows:-
Malaguena – Lecuona arr Smith
Amazing Grace (Trombone Solo John Barber) – Trad arr Scott/Barber
On the Quarter Deck – Alford
O Magnum Mysterium – Lauridsen arr Littlemore
Xylomania (Xylo Solo Mark Landon) – Graham
Great Gate of Kiev – Mussorgsky arr Howarth
Tickets are still available for the Gala Evening Concert and all the daytime concerts – Carlton Main
Frickley Colliery Band (12 noon), The Fairey Band (2.15pm) and The National Youth Brass Band
