Plans are well advanced for the Gala Concert of the Great Northern Brass Arts Festival which takes place at The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester on Saturday 13th September. Brighouse & Rastrick and Foden’s Band together with their respective conductors David King and Richard Evans have nowannounced their programmes for the first half of the Gala Concert. They contain premieres, classic brass works, star soloists and everything anyone could ask for. Black Dyke Band, conducted by Nicholas Childs has also announced the programme for the second half of the Gala Concert.
