Black Dyke Band and Dr Nicholas Childs have released their programme for the Gala Evening Concert of the Great Northern Spring Brass Arts Festival which takes place at The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester on Sunday 13 May.
There is bound to be particular interest surrounding the performance of Pure Gold A 4 x 4 Relay by Luke Carver Goss, which Dr. Nicholas Childs describes as a real tour de force. This major new work brings together the forces of the Black Dyke Band, the Manchester Chorale and an off stage band.
