Plans are now well advanced for the 21st
All England Masters International Brass
Band Festival
which takes place at the Corn Exchange,
Cambridge on Sunday 24th May. Following
the
Championship where Masters of Space and
Time is the set work and Youth Brass
2000 and Boobs
and Brass have entertained the audience
and then a very fast stage
re-arrangement the Cambridge
the stage will be set for a superb Gala
Concert (commencing at 7.45pm). The
audience are to be
entertained by the 2008 British Open
Champions and the band that has won the
Masters title more
times than any other band - Fodens Band
conducted by Garry Cutt and The National
Youth Brass
Band of Great Britain conducted by its
Artistic Director Bramwell Tovey, who
will be flying to the
UK especially to direct the NYBBGB.
