Cornwall Youth 50th Reunion

The Cornwall Youth Brass Band 50th Anniversay Course Reunion Evening will take place on Easter Saturday, April 11th at Truro High School for Girls, Falmouth Road, Truro.

All former Players and friends are welcome, particularly those who took part in the first course at Porthpean in 1959. You are invited to hear the current Band rehearsing on their Easter Course under Philip Harper any time between 6pm and 8pm after which refreshments will be served in the Refrectory, where there will plenty of time for a good chat. There will also be a display of photographs and memorabilia of the 1959 Course.

The Secretary, Phillip Hunt, 01752 843919, would be pleased to receive contact details or news of any of the players on the attached Course List or of any that might have been missed off the list. It would also be helpful if you could let him know if you are able to attend.

The Easter Gala Concert will be at St Michael’s Church, Newquay at 7pm on Monday April 13^th. Tickets available from the Secretary. 01752 843919.
