Stalham Brass Band were presented with the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, at a special presentation ceremony held at County Hall, Norwich today.Dr. Tim Thirst the band's director of music received the award from the Lord-Lieutenant of Norfolk Sir Timothy Colman KG. The Deputy Lieutenant for North Norfolk read out the Award citation. The band received an engraved crystal award and a certificate signed by The Queen.
