More stars for Bridgewater Hall

Philip Biggs is delighted to announce that yet more stars have agreed to appear at The Bridgewater Hall for The Great Northern Spring Brass Arts Festival which takes place on Sunday 13th May.

The Opening Concert (12noon) which features Marsden Band conducted by Glyn Williams will see Tenor Horn Star Lesley Howie take centre stage as Guest Soloist and the opening Foyer Performers, 2nd Rossendale Scout Group Band will be joined by the Poulton le Fylde Youth Band conducted by John Squires-Evans.

Meanwhile Co-operative Funeralcare Band, who are performing the 2.15pm concert, have announced their programme. The Junior RNCM Band conducted by Leslie Neish will be performing a 20 minute programme at the conclusion of this concert.
